Fall Finery
The leaves started turning color and the trees pirouetted their fall finery,
And put on their last show before the long sleep of winter,
The early morning rays touched the treetops turning yellow and burgundy to copper and gold,
Suddenly a flock of geese few over the treetops and lent my heart flight,
As my eye followed theirs over colored landscapes .
